OCIC Consulting International Inc. is seeking a Junior Tax Associate to join our Philippines office. You will handle tax preparation, compliance, and assist with client financial records under supervision, developing into independent roles.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely filings, and staying updated on BIR regulations. You will collaborate with Senior Tax Associates and the Tax Manager to service multiple clients and meet deadlines in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance or related field.
1–2 years of relevant taxation or accounting experience.
Working knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
Experience using BIR-provided software.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and schedules in accordance with BIR regulations and deadlines.
Assist in tracking revenues, expenses, and financial records for accurate tax reporting.
Coordinate with clients to gather financial information and required documents.
Monitor tax payments and government contributions.
Stay updated on changes in Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
