Job summary

Filcan Global Envelope Strategies in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our integrations team. You will contribute to designing, implementing, and deploying customized billing solutions while continuously learning new technologies.

You will work under mentoring and collaborate with a diverse team to tackle complex problems, grow your skills in Python, Java, and Perl, and participate in building back-end services with Docker, SQL, and Django.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in computing science or computer engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional development experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy customized billing solutions; configure products per requirements.
• Monitor performance of launched products and build monitoring tools.
• Opportunity to learn and use many different technologies.
• Be supported with training and mentoring; have the opportunity to provide training and mentoring to junior developers.

We are in search of a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our integrations team.

What you will do:

• Work collaboratively on the design, implementation, and deployment of customized billing solutions; configure and customize the products based on internal and external requirements
• Monitor performance of launched products and build tools to monitor their success
• Have an opportunity to learn and use many different technologies
• Be supported with training and mentoring; have the opportunity to provide training and mentoring to junior developers
• Work on complex problems that benefit from a diverse range of skills, experiences, and viewpoints to produce the best possible work
