Job summary

Lennor Metier in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking Junior Consultants to learn and optimize financial systems, including Oracle EPM Cloud modules, helping clients improve reporting and planning processes.

You will work under mentorship, gain hands-on experience, and progress through a clear development path while collaborating with finance-focused teams during U.S. business hours; on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required in Oracle EPM or AI toolsets; comprehensive training will be provided
• Must be a college graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher
• Maintained strong academic performance throughout university
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Flexible and committed to working on-site during U.S. business hours (9p-6a Local time)
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and adaptability
• This position requires full professional commitment and availability due to the demanding and highly collaborative nature of the work.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to build 9 different Oracle EPM Cloud modules
• Learn to develop reports, input forms, calculations, hierarchies, and other system objects
• Create training material and other user guides to support enablement and internal knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with senior consultants and end clients whose primarily role resides within finance
• Build advanced tools and AI Agents leveraging LLMs such as Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex.
