Job summary

SPCE Corp is seeking an Operations Data & Support Analyst to join our team in Makati. This full-time, onsite role bridges asset data management with property operations, transforming raw data into actionable insights for portfolio management.

You will maintain database integrity, perform GIS-based spatial mapping, and prepare presentation collateral for stakeholders. Fresh graduates or analysts with 1–2 years in data/real estate analytics are welcome.

Qualifications

Junior level; fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years in data administration, real estate analytics, BI, or operations support.
Proficient in data encoding, database structures, and data manipulation.
Experience with mapping tools, Google Earth or basic GIS plotting is appreciated.
Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint; BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide data-driven support to the Operations Manager and Team to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance of property operations.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow optimization across the real estate portfolio.
Maintain property management databases; audit, update records for accuracy and accessibility.
Perform GIS mapping and spatial visualization; assist in site visits and data validation with asset conditions.
Facilitate data cleansing, file organization, and migration of legacy assets into the active database.
Transform raw data into clean charts, graphs, and presentation collateral for meetings.
Assist in RACI matrices and track milestones for Property Improvement Plans (PIPs).
