Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Junior .NET Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain web and software applications across the full SDLC. You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions and collaborate with PMs, QA, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software.

The role emphasizes front-end and back-end development in ASP.NET, C#/.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with a focus on secure coding practices and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#/.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and best development practices.
• Experience developing web-based and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and software documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain web and software applications using approved tools, technologies, frameworks, and coding standards.
• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Develop, design, enhance, and maintain front-end and back-end components of new and existing systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical problems to ensure system reliability and stability.
• Perform program coding activities in accordance with established development methodologies, application standards, secure coding practices, and security requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, code documentation, test plans, implementation plans, deployment notes, and process flows.
• Conduct and support unit, integration, system, cross-browser, cross-device, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, quality assurance teams, developers, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, applicable governance frameworks, and secure coding requirements.
