Job summary

Pluxee Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Multimedia Artist to design visuals, animations, and templates for presentations, social media, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with teams to translate concepts into compelling media and help drive brand awareness across channels.

The role requires strong design skills, experience with graphic design software, and the ability to work on a Windows OS. On-site presence is emphasized with some work-from-home days in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Fine Arts, or Mass Communications.
• At least 2 years of graphic design experience in a corporate setting.
• Excellent design and photo-editing software skills.

Job description

The Multimedia Artist designs visual images, animation, and templates for use in presentations, social media, ads, multimedia programs, Web sites, emails, and other electronic media.

1. Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Develops concepts, graphics, layouts, and videos adhering to the company’s branding guidelines
• Illustrates concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
• Creates eye-catching visuals and animations that help with lead generation, sales enablement, merchant marketing, and brand awareness initiatives
• Prepares template designs of material based on requests from the team
• Reviews final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Works with a wide range of media and uses graphic design software
• Keeps abreast with the latest design trends to bring fresh and innovative design ideas
• Brainstorms with the team on improvement and execution of innovative content efforts
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

2. Requirements

• Willing to be interviewed ONSITE
• Willing to work ONSITE (3x Onsite and 2x WFH)
• Willing to work 8 hours shift
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Fine Arts, or Mass Communications
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design in a corporate setting
• Excellent design skills and photo-editing software
