Job summary

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, supervise the merchandising team, and ensure timely execution of activities. A relevant degree and 3–5 years' experience are preferred, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of merchandising or retail experience.
• Supervisory or people-management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage product assortments based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data.
• Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and replenishment requirements.
• Analyze sales performance to identify best-sellers and slow-moving products.
• Support pricing, promotions, and product merchandising strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, purchasing, sales, and marketing teams.
• Supervise and guide the merchandising team, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
