Job summary

Luxury Presence in the Philippines is hiring a Junior Media Specialist to own client website visual assets from research to production-ready logos. You’ll curate image folders, ensure compliance with SOPs, and deliver complete asset packages for the Website Builder and Data Specialist.

You’ll gather logos and imagery aligned with brokerage brands, tag assets, and stay current on imagery best practices. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with background in graphic design, fine arts, or web design.
• Impeccable eye for design and strong knowledge of imagery best practices.
• Meticulous attention to detail and resourcefulness in imagery practices and SOPs.
• Understanding of main US markets and interior/exterior design styles.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from client brokerage and social profiles to curate image folders.
• Adhere to image best practices and company standards for folder curation.
• Source stock imagery that follows SOPs.
• Update internal image library and label assets.
• Find client and brokerage logos.
• Confirm logos meet brokerage and compliance requirements.
• Prepare web-ready variants (light, dark, transparent, favicon).
• Create standard client/brokerage lockups when needed.
• Deliver imagery and logos as a complete asset package.
• Escalate unclear compliance requirements or complex logo reconstruction.
