Hashout Technologies is hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to support our marketing team. You'll work across website content, social media, case studies, and sales enablement material, gaining hands-on experience in B2B enterprise marketing.

This role offers exposure to content creation workflows, CMS publishing, analytics tracking, and collaboration with sales and design teams to sharpen messaging and drive demand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in marketing/content/communications (agency or in-house preferred).
• Strong writing and consistency with tone across formats.
• Basic CMS familiarity and social publishing tools.
• Organized, process-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Comfort with data and reporting tools is a plus.
• Interest in B2B technology or enterprise software is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication with sales and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and publishing of website content across product and solution pages in our CMS.
• Draft and schedule social media posts (primarily LinkedIn) following brand guidelines.
• Assist in building and maintaining the content calendar with inputs and approvals.
• Help research and draft case studies and sales enablement material from interviews.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelance designers for content work.
• Track content performance and marketing metrics; support reporting hygiene (HubSpot, LinkedIn analytics).
• Assist with events and webinar coordination, including logistics and follow-up materials.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to support positioning and messaging decisions.
• Proofread and quality-check all outgoing content for brand consistency and accuracy.
• Provide general marketing operations support as the team grows.

• Help research and draft case studies, client proof points, and sales enablement material, working from client interviews and internal documentation
• Support design and content coordination with external agencies and freelance designers
• Track content performance and marketing metrics, and help maintain reporting hygiene (HubSpot, LinkedIn analytics, etc.)
• Assist with event and webinar coordination, including logistics, content, and follow-up material
• Conduct competitor and industry research to support positioning and messaging decisions

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, content, communications, or related role (agency or in‑house B2B experience preferred)
• Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and consistency; comfortable adapting tone across formats (web copy, social posts, case studies)
• Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and social media publishing tools; willingness to learn new platforms quickly
• Organized and process-oriented, able to manage multiple small workstreams and deadlines at once
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar) is a plus, not mandatory
• Interest in B2B technology, enterprise software, or the Adobe ecosystem is a strong plus
• A collaborative mindset. This role works closely with sales, delivery, and leadership stakeholders, so clear communication matters
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Content goes out accurately, on brand, and on schedule with minimal rework needed
• You develop a working understanding of Hashout's positioning, clients, and Adobe product landscape well enough to draft first passes independently
• You take ownership of recurring workstreams (like the content calendar or reporting) so the Senior Marketing Manager can focus on strategy and higher-priority initiatives
