Job summary

A leading retail company is looking for a junior auditor (inventory) responsible for monitoring and conducting routine audits inside the store. Responsibilities include conducting inventory audits, coordinating with departments, and reporting findings to the head office. Candidates must have a degree in a business-related field and preferably have experience in inventory audits, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any business-related program.
• At least one year of experience in inventory audits or operational audits is preferred.
• Must be proficient in using productivity software and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills are required.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and special inventory and business process audits in the store.
• Coordinate with different departments for audit findings and concerns.
• Prepare and report audit findings to head office.
• Assist in the consolidation of data for rewards and recognition.
• Oversee and monitor the daily activities of audit checkers.
• Other tasks related to the role as required.
