Job summary

Modernbrands Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Junior Designer - Doors & Floors who will assist in conceptualizing, designing, and preparing technical drawings and presentations for door and flooring projects.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will join a hands-on team. You will translate client requirements into accurate layouts, material specifications, and visual presentations, coordinating with Sales and Project Teams, and supporting site measurements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; rendering software knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work full-time and on-site in Quezon City.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and design presentations for doors and flooring projects.
• Assist in product selection based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Create 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Coordinate with Sales Team regarding client revisions and technical clarifications.
• Ensure accuracy of measurements, material specifications, and design details.
• Support site visits for measurements and project coordination when needed.
• Maintain organized files of drawings and design revisions.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs and technical documentation.
