Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily visual design tasks related to the short drama project, including homepage banners, special pages, and event pages, ensuring a unified and attractive visual style.
• Create basic motion effects (such as page animations, banner animations, and short video transitions) to enhance user experience and engagement.

Requirements

• Design-related academic background preferred, or some internship/work experience in visual design;
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lottiefiles, After Effects, or other motion/video tools, and able to independently complete basic motion design;
• Strong sense of aesthetics, good understanding of young users’ preferences, with an interest in short drama/new media content, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team;
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to respond quickly to operational and product needs.
