Job summary

Ibex Global is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing and Creatives Team in Pasig. You will design assets for social media, ads, and presentations, while assisting senior designers on campaigns and branding initiatives.

You’ll ensure print-ready files and optimized digital formats across multiple channels. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in graphic design, proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator, and a keen eye for brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in graphic design across digital and print media.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of other Adobe products.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, including illustrations, 3D, and print ads.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets across digital and print media, including social media posts, display ads, email graphics, flyers, and presentation decks.
• Support senior designers and creative directors in developing campaign concepts, branding materials, and marketing collateral.
• Prepare print-ready files and optimize digital assets across various formats and sizes.
• Resize, reformat, and adapt existing design templates while maintaining strict brand consistency.
• Organize and archive project files, stock imagery, and asset libraries for team access.
• Participate in design critiques, brainstorms, and team creative discussions.
