Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Junior Graphic Artist to support the creation of engaging visual assets across digital and print platforms. The role requires 1-2 years of graphic design experience and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

You will collaborate with marketing to develop concepts, update layouts, and maintain brand guidelines while delivering polished assets on tight deadlines. Onsite work is expected in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
• Adobe InDesign (Low-Mid Level): open files, update layouts, export assets.
• Adobe Photoshop (Low-Mid Level): resize, crop, optimize, export images.
• Basic design skills to adapt print layouts into web content.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for email marketing, social media, print materials, catalogs, and product sell sheets.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs.
• Edit, update, and refine existing creative assets.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Support the marketing team with campaigns and projects.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices.
