Job summary

Partners Group is looking for a Junior Fee Specialist for a 6-month contract position based in Taguig, PH. You will support the Fee Operations Team in delivering accurate and timely fee-related operations globally.

Your responsibilities include performing fee calculations, reconciling holdings, and managing communications for audits. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in Excel are required, along with 1-3 years of experience. The role offers a dynamic work environment with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of working experience required.
• Private market fund experience/knowledge would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard fee calculations and prepare invoicing within stipulated deadlines.
• Reconcile holdings declarations for annual rebate calculations.
• Manage shared mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate internal and/or external fee audits.
• Support fee-related initiatives/projects.
• Contribute to documentation of fee operations outcomes.
• Assist in providing data for internal fee-related queries.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Financial Management/Business Administration
