You will assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of diverse DBMS, perform backups and basic performance monitoring, and support troubleshooting while learning to implement security controls and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Preferably 6 months of experience as Junior Database Administrator.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL)
• Perform routine backups, restores, and basic performance monitoring
• Support troubleshooting of database issues and elevate complex problems as needed
• Help implement database security and access controls
• Assist with data migration, cleanup, and documentation tasks
