Job summary

ISS STOXX Governance in Manila is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join the Governance Data Team. You will collect and verify data for assigned markets, answer internal queries, and ensure data quality aligns with guidelines.

Strong English communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential, with a willingness to work beyond traditional hours and to learn quickly in a dynamic, non-IT environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Legal Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Social Sciences, Communication or any equivalent/related course.
• Knowledge and experience in using MS Office.
• Excellent English communication (both oral and written) and reading comprehension skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with clear attention to detail.

Work Location & Schedule

Amenable working on a dayshif t schedule. Office is located in Solaris One Building, Ayala Makati.

First 2 to 3 months of employment will be in full onsite (Mondays-Fridays) for training purposes, then hybrid work arrangement moving forward (3 days in the office per week).

This is a non-IT/non-technical position.
