Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Cyber Threat Analyst to report on malware developments, offensive security tools, vulnerability exploits, cloud security, and mobile security. You will analyze threat leads from open, dark, and proprietary sources and translate findings into clear detections and advisories.

The role requires producing TTP instances, malware analyses, and detection content (YARA, Sigma, Snort, Nuclei) with strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify threat leads from open, dark, and proprietary sources.
• Analyze malware samples and create effective detections (YARA, Sigma, Snort, Nuclei).
• Write TTP Instances detailing identified threat leads.
• Maintain minimum cadence of 2 TTP Instances daily and 1 malware/vulnerability detection monthly.
• Adhere to information security policies in all processes.
