Job summary

SuperStaff is seeking a content marketing specialist in Makati to own multi-channel content from blogs to emails, optimize for SEO, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. You will craft copy, manage campaigns, and ensure brand voice across channels to drive qualified traffic.

We offer a midshift (2PM-11PM) with monthly onsite at Ayala Ave., Makati. Requirements include at least 2 years in marketing or content writing and knowledge of GenAI tools.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in marketing or content writing.
• Working knowledge of GenAI writing and copyediting.
• Exposure to lead generation and tracking is a plus.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and open to taking on non-writing marketing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize and work towards being the content expert for SuperStaff.
• Brainstorm growth strategies and coordinate with departments, agencies, freelancers, and other vendor partners.
• Execute a multi-channel 360-degree content plan aligned with GTM decks.
• Draft compelling copy for full funnel content (blogs, social, ads, landing pages, emails).
• Manage integrated campaigns and lead nurturing with content optimized for automation.
• SEO and brand quality assurance through regular audits and keyword checks.
• Track content metrics and identify gaps to improve ROI and site health.
• Handle other related marketing tasks as needed.
