Responsibilities

• Receives Documents such as but not limited to Dealer Documents, Signed Loan Documents, Documents from Branches or other units and clients
• Performs other duties related to pre-booking and post booking that may be required by the team from time to time
• Assists in processing bank transactions
• Resolves account issues, answers inquiries, and accommodates customers
• Maintains records, files documents and enters data
