Overview

Junior Auditor (with CaseWare experience) – Hybrid in Angeles City, Pampanga (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Work Shift: Morning Shift, AU Timezone | Monday to Friday. This role reports to the Audit Manager, and to whomever else is deemed appropriate from time to time. Responsibilities

• Support the audit team and Audit Manager in ensuring that all the audit tasks are delivered with efficiency and quality.
• Provide timely, high-quality client service, including deliverables that exceed client expectations.
• Execute and deliver a variety of external audit client engagements in an effective and methodical manner.
• Build successful client relationships with a positive attitude to challenges and the agility to multi-task effectively across competing priorities.
• Research difficult audit technical issues and become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues as they arise.
• Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the team is efficient.
• Contribute to meeting project deadlines and maintaining high-quality work papers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
• A CPA license is not required but would be desirable.
• Continuous 2-4 years of experience in audit or a related field.
• Experience in CaseWare is a must and non-negotiable.
• Experience with Australian methodologies is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Comprehensive review of Annual Financial Statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and ability to draft engagement letters and reports to management.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and auditing tasks.
• Experience in planning, execution, and completion of audit procedures; ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Additional certifications or specialized training in auditing or accounting are a plus.

Work Environment & Logistics

• Work Setup: Hybrid in Angeles City, Pampanga (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Work Shift: Morning Shift, AU Timezone | Monday to Friday.
• Internet Requirements: Candidates must have a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download speed with latency under 30 ms).
• A reliable backup power source is required in case of interruptions.
