Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Application Engineers to handle project‑based tasks and client requests
- Prepare technical and financial quotations with precision and timeliness
- Review and validate customer specifications and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers
- Coordinate with site engineers and internal teams for necessary project documents
- Maintain detailed project and customer files for future reference
- Track, analyze, and submit all quotations and proposals consistently
- Participate in pre‑bid and clarificatory meetings and internal kick‑offs when required
Qualifications
- Graduate of any related Mechanical Engineering course
- Minimum 1 year experience in pumps & motors and cost estimation
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a team environment
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of pumps and motors measurements
- Read and interpret customer technical specifications
- Can able to understand & generate shop and detailed drawings using AutoCAD/3D Drawings
- Can communicate well with customers
- Detail‑oriented and keen to details with strong time‑management skills
- Confident, proactive, and driven by a “can‑do” attitude
