Job summary

A local recruitment agency in Metro Manila is looking for an Accounting Staff to assist in day-to-day financial operations. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. A bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail are essential. This is a full-time, on-site position at Lucky Chinatown Mall.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
• Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, and official receipts
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial discrepancies
• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and schedules
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation
• Support tax preparation and government compliance requirements
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documents
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Skills

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related course
