Responsibilities

In this role, you will support daily accounting operations by managing financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, handling accounts payable and receivable, and performing account reconciliations. You will also assist in preparing financial reports, monitoring inventory records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting audit and budgeting activities. This position is ideal for candidates who are organized, analytical, and eager to grow in the accounting field.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• With basic knowledge of accounting principles (debit/credit) and normal account balances
• With knowledge or experience in:
• Scheduling of accounts / lapsing amortization schedules
• With 1 to 2 years of experience(fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet savvy
• Willing to report on-site, Monday to Friday

Certifications and other related terms: Certified Public Accountant, Audit, Reconciliations, General Ledger, Financial Statements, SAP, QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, FS, General Ledger
