Job Description

• Monitor and support daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, billing, and general ledger postings.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Track customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain updated aging reports of receivables.
• Liaise with other departments to gather, verify, and record accounting‑related documents and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow projections, and other financial planning documents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and tax regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies, procedures, and relevant tax regulations and standards.
• Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in accounting procedures, documentation, and financial record‑keeping
• With strong personality
• Willing to be based in Tanza, Cavite
