- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to support product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Help capture and forward client feedback to Product and Development teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Accounting, Product, and Channel teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
- Support the onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and achievement of expected MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
- Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upgrade revenue through increased product adoption.
- Provide strategic account management to drive client engagement and product value realization.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and other systems for internal visibility.
- Monitor the company’s digital and social media channels for possible client inquiries and ensure timely response or escalation.
- Monitor industry and market trends to provide insights and strategic guidance to clients.
- Learn and share best practices and continuously improve internal processes and client success methodologies.
- Become an expert in the company’s F&B and Retail software solutions to effectively educate and support clients.
Qualifications
- Open to any course (preferably a degree in Business Management or related fields)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role is an advantage (SaaS or tech company experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities; can think strategically and act tactically
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Technical teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage; willingness to learn and maintain accurate data is expected
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to become an expert in Company’s products and solutions
- Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
- Knowledge of the F&B, events, or entertainment industries is a plus
