• Follow creative briefs to develop visually appealing videos that meet client expectations
• Trim footage and add music, dialogue, graphics and special effects as needed
• Collaborate with the production team on seamless edits that align with brand guidelines
• Adapt to different editing styles and stay current with Instagram trends
• Organise and manage video files and ensure timely delivery of final cuts
• Take part in brainstorming and ideation sessions for video content ideas

Requirements

• Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Completion of courses in basic or advanced video editing
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels editing, pacing and trends
• Keen interest in learning and experimenting with new editing styles
• Good sense of timing, visual storytelling and audio syncing
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Portfolio of previous work or relevant editing projects, personal or professional
