Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Order-to-cash (Selling), Procure-to-pay (Buying), Inventory Management (Stock), Fixed Assets, Construction, Project Management, BIR Forms
• Lead in gathering business requirements and mapping them to ERP workflows
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and operational needs
• Help document functional specifications, training materials, SOPs, and user guides
• Participate in system testing (UAT), bug tracking, and data migration activities
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of financial modules within the ERP or business system
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving system issues
• Participate in data validation and migration activities
• Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to support successful project delivery
• Contribute to meeting notes, task tracking, and status updates
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience working with ERPNext in a support or functional role
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (accounting, finance operations, audit, or internship)
• Basic understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD is a plus
• Strong interest in ERP systems and business process optimization
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
