Responsibilities include preparing invoices, vendor reconciliations, month-end closes, and budget variance analyses. Ideal candidates have a background in construction or real estate accounting and proficiency with Sage 300 CRE/Timberline and Procore.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
2+ years of experience in construction or real estate accounting/financial management.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills across digital tools.

Code, route, sort, and file invoices and loan draw packets.
Research vendor statements and historical payment records.
Data entry, financial tracking, and reconciliation using standard accounting practices.
Process and track change orders for vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Assist the Job Cost Manager with procedures, controls, and reporting requirements.
Complete month‑end close, bank reconciliations, and financial statement analysis for projects.
Generate budget variance reports and historical/YTD performance comparisons.
Independently resolve routine operational issues and manage special projects.
