Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Jefe de Planeación Financiera y Análisis in León, Guanajuato. This hybrid role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to drive profitability and informed decision-making.

You will mentor a team of financial analysts, provide KPI insights to senior management, and partner with department heads to anticipate risks and opportunities in a dynamic financial services firm.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• MBA or Master's preferred.
• 6+ years FP&A experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel, BI tools, and modeling software.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
• Hybrid work experience with on-site and remote responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast, explain variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business decisions.
• Provide insightful reporting and KPIs to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs.
• Identify cost savings, revenue enhancement and efficiency opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategy.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of all financial data and reporting.
• Mentor and develop a team of financial analysts.
