Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer in Metro Manila to design and implement insurance-domain applications. The role requires hands-on coding, integration work, and end-to-end lifecycle involvement in Life/Health products using OIPA and modern architectures.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software development experience, strong Java skills, and solid experience with product setup, claims, and cross-system integrations (Oracle Fusion/OHI).

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Life, Group, or Health Insurance applications.
• Has experience with Product Setup and Claims.
• Actual experience in project implementation (consultant level), involving hands‑on coding or setting up Life Insurance and or Medical type of Products in OIPA and its end to end product life cycle process.
• Experience integrating with other applications/portals (e.g Oracle fusion, Oracle OHI or other applications/portals)
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and modern application architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases and Git.
