Job Title: Java Developer (Associate to Managerial Levels)

We're Hiring: Multiple Java Development Roles

As we head into Q1, we are expanding our team and hiring for multiple Java Developer positions, from Associate Developers to Technical Leads and Managerial roles. If you have solid experience in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, or J2EE), we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Associate to Senior Developers:

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot or J2EE
• Collaborate with teams on design and implementation of scalable systems
• Integrate applications with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Technical Leads / Managers:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Oversee design, architecture, and delivery of projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage project timelines
• Ensure code quality, security, and best practices across the team

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional Java development experience
• Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and/or J2EE
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills (for Lead/Manager roles)
• Open to working in an on-site/hybrid setup in Metro Manila
• Flexible with work shifts— choose a schedule that suits you
