Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Japanese-Mandarin Customer Sales Assistant Manager to join our team in Bataan. This role focuses on expanding the customer base among Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and coordinating with manufacturing partners to deliver precision plastics solutions.

You will develop sales strategies, negotiate quotations, and build lasting relationships with distributors and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, Japanese and English at conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience as Sales Manager or in similar roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with injection molding or precision manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients on specifications, pricing and delivery terms.
• Promote plastic injection molding products and capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.


• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.


• Having related experience as a Sales Manager.


• Having related experience in the injection molding or precision manufacturing industry is a big plus.


• Open to other manufacturing industries.


• Open to considering on-site work in Bataan.
