Job summary

Job description

What do you need to succeed?

  • Strong understanding of the client device operating systems, i.e. Windows, iOS, Android
  • Strong understanding of client device management technologies, ie. scripting, software distribution, system management center, GPO configuration, Windows OS management
  • Good understanding of mobile device management technologies, i.e. Intune, SOTI, or similar tool
  • Good understanding of network setup, configuration, and trouble shooting
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies to deliver high quality support to meet customer needs
  • Fluency in oral and written English Soft Skills
  • Talented and ambitious individuals who thrive for problem solving
  • Be able to effectively work and collaborate in a globally diverse and multi team environment
  • Strong end user communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to work also outside business hours if needed - Ability to think in processes and to generate good documentation
