Job summary

Hispasat, part of the SpaceRISE consortium, seeks an MCC Senior Engineer to develop and optimize processes for the IRIS² project. The candidate will collaborate with project managers to ensure effective project execution and adherence to industry standards.

The position requires a Master’s Degree in Engineering and 5 years of IVV experience in space or ground projects. Proficiency in English is essential; other European languages are a plus. This role promotes equal opportunities in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IVV roles for space or ground projects.
• Hands-on hardware and/or software experience.
• Familiarity with ESA/EC projects.
• Knowledge of ECSS standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize processes for ground segment project.
• Collaborate with project managers to define schedules and allocate resources.
• Prepare and oversee the IVV schedule for the project.
• Follow up on non‑conformance reports.
• Lead or coordinate AIV participation in various reviews and meetings.
