Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Maintain and update software applications, operating systems, and security tools.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support concerns.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and processes.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (equipment setup, account creation).
  • Monitor system performance and security alerts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects, upgrades, or deployments.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
