Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain the company's network and IT systems.
• Assist employees with system access, email setup, and software usage.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for major technical concerns and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Ensure data security and proper handling of confidential information.
• Document technical issues, repairs, and maintenance activities.
