Job summary

TaskUs Philippines is seeking an IT Support Student Trainee for their On-the-Job Training program. You will bridge classroom theory with hands-on IT operations in hardware lifecycle management and onsite IT support.

Under supervision, you will assist with asset compliance, imaging, equipment logistics for remote staff, office infrastructure, and AV/teleconferencing setup to support the team. This onsite program supports academic requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Lifecycle Support: Assist in the end-to-end process of hardware technology refresh, including imaging and deployment.
• Asset & Inventory Compliance: Support IT Asset Management with physical audits and inventory records.
• Equipment Logistics: Assist with Work‑From‑Home equipment testing, boxing, and distribution for remote staff.
• Onsite Infrastructure Assistance: Collaborate on office facility projects like cable management and safe transport of IT assets.
• Physical Setup & Maintenance: Ensure readiness of executive AV/teleconferencing equipment through testing and maintenance.
