Bacardi-Martini Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT SOX Senior Associate to drive testing and continuous improvement of the IT SOX program supporting financial reporting.

You will collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external auditors to ensure control design and operating effectiveness across critical systems, while mentoring junior staff. The role demands strong technical and communication skills, with a focus on risk-based IT audit, governance, and compliance in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years IT audit, SOX compliance, or internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404, ITGCs, and application controls.
• Experience with control testing methodologies and audit tools.
• Familiarity with COBIT, COSO, and NIST; SAP/SAP S/4 Hana desirable.
• Certifications preferred (CISA, CIA, CPA). Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT SOX testing for ITGCs, application controls, and IT-dependent controls.
• Lead design/implementation evaluation for new/changed controls after systems/process changes.
• Coordinate evidence collection with control/process owners and drive remediation of deficiencies.
• Review IT risk areas, identify control gaps, and propose remediation plans.
• Support SOX risk assessment, including scoping, control rationalization, and documentation updates.
• Prepare workpapers and reporting deliverables for internal/external auditors.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and mentor junior associates; stay updated on IT audit practices.
