Job summary

Keywords India in Asia Pacific seeks an IT Infrastructure/Systems Administrator to maintain and improve our global-scale IT landscape. You will manage network and server infrastructure, handle AD, GPO, and Google Workspace, and provide proactive support across Windows and Linux environments.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong networking knowledge, scripting in PowerShell or Python, and solid problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure/system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, routing/switching, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, GPO, and Google Workspace.
• PowerShell/Python scripting experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain Windows & Linux servers, including security patches, updates, and backups.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, AD, GPO, and Google Workspace.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to automate routine IT tasks.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and regional/global IT teams for incident resolution and IT projects.

• Manage ISPs, internet connectivity, and related issues to ensure 24x7availability.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.

• Monitor system health, network performance, availability, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows & Linux servers, including security patches, updates, and backups.
• Install, configure, update, and manage enterprise software and applications.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, systems, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain GPO policies in accordance with regional and global IT policies.
• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, asset records, and support/change logs.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to automate routine IT tasks.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and regional/global IT teams for incident resolution and IT projects.
• Ensure IT infrastructure follows required security, compliance, and operational standards.
