Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking an IT PMO Consultant to strengthen governance, reporting, and project oversight across IT initiatives. You will consolidate qualitative and quantitative data, align activities with SDLC, and support CMMI practices to improve delivery and control.

Working with Local BU Finance and Group Governance, you will manage PMO cadences, generate management insights, and develop templates and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establishes governance processes and monitors IT project objective and results.
• Creates visibility and control on IT project performance against plans for upper management.
• Manages PMO cadences – project reviews and upper management reviews.
• Develops PMO materials, templates, lessons learned to aid reporting.
• Works with Local BU Finance and Group Governance to ensure compliance with standards.
