Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking an IT Operations Senior Analyst to support ticket dispatching and chat support. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and be knowledgeable in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus and key technologies. Responsibilities include managing the Operational aspects of IT services. This position is full onsite in Makati.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder in IT or related courses.
  • Knowledgeable in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
  • Preferably ITIL certified.

  • Handles all projects/enhancement of other service desk.

Qualifications:

  • With knowledge in key technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365)
  • Preferably knowledgeable in any ticketing system (ManageEngine, Service Now) platform
  • Preferably ITIL certified
  • Preferably Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
