A leading technology firm in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to manage ticket dispatching operations and support the ManageEngine Service Desk. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and have knowledge of ticketing systems. ITIL certification is preferred. This on-site role is based at the Makati office.

• Performs various tasks associated with IT governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related courses.
• Knowledgeable in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
• Familiar with key technologies such as Microsoft 365.
• Preferably experienced with ticketing systems like ManageEngine or ServiceNow.
• ITIL certified (Preferred).
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Preferred.
• Willing to report regularly to the Makati Office.
