Job summary

Eron International is seeking an IT Manager for Manila, Philippines. This hands-on management role combines product development leadership with direct technical delivery, guiding a team across the technology stack and collaborating with global stakeholders.

You will translate business needs into scalable tech solutions, drive automation and AI adoption, and manage cross-functional projects while maintaining strong English communication in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT or technology, including team leadership and hands-on software development experience.
• Experience managing technology projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and modern technology tools, such as Claude Code.
• Comfortable working in international and fast-paced environments.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance products, applications, integrations, and technical capabilities.
• Work hands-on with software development, APIs, databases, and other parts of the technology stack.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Review technical solutions, make recommendations, and contribute to key architectural and technical decisions.

• Drive the adoption of AI and modern development tools across the technology function.
• Lead and mentor the technology team in Manila while remaining actively involved in technical delivery.

• Work closely with product, business, and global technology teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.

What you will be doing

Product Development & Technology
