Job description

1. Managing IT team operations and overseeing the effective functioning of company systems.

2. Leading IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals, and contributing to strategic IT planning to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

3. Auditing IT security to ensure company systems are secure and aligned with industry standards.

4. Vendor management to ensure third‑party services and tools meet the company's requirements.

5. Providing team leadership, including task delegation, performance evaluations, and people and process training, ensuring that team members are effective and motivated.

6. Handling recruitment, conducting candidate interviews, and forecasting manpower needs to maintain an efficient team.

7. Managing shift schedules, performance statistics, SLAs, and productivity tracking to ensure smooth IT operations.

8. Resolving conflicts, implementing disciplinary measures, and ensuring alignment with organizational targets and budgets.

9. Keeping up with industry trends, ensuring that the IT department stays competitive and uses the latest technologies effectively.

10. Having knowledge in programming languages is a strong advantage and will be considered a plus for this role.
