Job summary

As a core member of the IT team, you will develop knowledge of programming languages, databases, version control, and lifecycle methodologies, with opportunities to transition to full-time upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree or other advanced degree is a plus.
• 1 or more courses in software development; Any certifications are a plus.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Demonstrated skill in one or two programming languages.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases, software version control, and software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Learn the technology and the Citico culture within the IT team.
• Demonstrate knowledge of technology, products, and services relevant to the department.
• Show proficiency in relevant technologies to operate within the role and department.
• Develop an understanding of Citco's IT and business strategy across departments.
• Use technology efficiently to reduce manual work.
