Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer II in the Philippines to plan, implement, and deliver technology solutions for client projects. You will lead deployments, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and produce thorough documentation to ensure long‑term support.

The role requires hands‑on IT infrastructure experience, strong problem‑solving, and excellent communication. A remote‑friendly, full‑time schedule is expected, with emphasis on client satisfaction and project

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure projects.
Experience with distributed or remote teams.
Hands‑on experience deploying and troubleshooting servers, networking, cloud platforms, endpoints, and infrastructure technologies.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced consulting or project‑based environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of client technology projects while meeting project scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, cloud platforms, firewalls, wireless solutions, and endpoint management systems.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout project planning, implementation, and handoff.
Produce accurate implementation notes, as‑built documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Identify process improvements and recommend updates to SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
Proactively identify technical risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
Provide technical guidance during project execution and share knowledge with peers.
Ensure completed solutions meet client expectations and support long‑term operational stability.
KPI: Billable Utilization, Project Delivery, Documentation Quality, CSAT, Timesheet Compliance.
