Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Project Engineer II to plan, implement, and deliver technology solutions for client engagements. You will independently manage standard infrastructure projects, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and produce accurate project documentation to support long-term operational success.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset, with hands-on experience

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure projects.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting servers, networking, cloud platforms, endpoints, and infrastructure technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of client technology projects while meeting scope, quality standards, and timelines.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, cloud platforms, and endpoints.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout project planning and handoff.
Produce accurate implementation notes, as-built documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Identify process improvements and update SOPs and knowledge base docs.
