Job summary

Dencom Consultancy & Manpower Services in Taguig seeks an IT Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, AI systems, and ERP/SOP platforms. You will build, maintain, and optimize AI-driven solutions and internal networks while ensuring security and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a IT-related degree with 3–5 years’ experience, knowledge of UNIX systems, Python, databases, and the ability to translate business needs into structured, reliable systems while maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with UNIX systems (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris) preferred.
• Experience building and deploying front-end and back-end systems and internal tools.
• Proficient in Python and building AI-driven systems.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data verification.

Responsibilities

• Operate AI-related information systems for retrieval, video production, and editing.
• Create, set up, and maintain ERP or SOP systems.
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation in the CMDB.
• Analyze software/hardware issues, troubleshoot, and replace components.
• Build company internal networks and databases, manage webmail and repositories.
• Oversee lifecycle of AI projects: data, preprocessing, features, monitoring.
• Ensure safe, compliant use of AI per internal policies.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Engineer to support and enhance our company’s IT infrastructure, AI systems, and internal technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing AI-driven systems, enterprise platforms (ERP/SOP), and internal networks while ensuring compliance, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT or related field, with 3-5 years of work experience.
• Familiar with basic computer principles; experience using UNIX systems (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience in building and deploying front-end and back-end systems, internal tools, or automated workflows; able to provide hardware and software technical support.
• Proficient in programming software such as Python, and experienced in building structured AI systems.
• Familiar with relational databases, able to perform queries and verifications, research emerging AI technologies, and assess their potential impact on business processes.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on data accuracy; possesses strong problem-solving skills; able to translate company business needs into structured, maintainable systems.

• Responsible for building the company's internal network, establishing company databases (ERP or SOP systems), including the establishment, maintenance, and optimization of webmail, information repositories, etc.
• Responsible for the lifecycle of AI artificial intelligence projects, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
• Ensure the reasonable, safe, and compliant use of artificial intelligence, and adhere to internal policies and relevant regulations.
