Zusammenfassung

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join the central ISMS team in Manila. You will shape the ISMS rules, lifecycle of the rule landscape, and governance framework, ensuring compliance with ISO27001, NIST, and NIS2 across the organization.

You will conduct cyber risk assessments, implement adherence metrics, and support external security posture. Strong communication in English and PM skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in a relevant field with information security certifications desired.
• Several years of experience in Information Security Management Systems.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and standards (ISO27001,NIST,NIS2).
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in IT, process management and cybersecurity governance.
• Strong analytical skills and governance definition experience.
• Project management skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Interpersonal and intercultural collaboration abilities.

• Define, maintain, and improve ISMS rules, procedures, and processes.
• Lifecycle management of Cybersecurity Rule Landscape.
• Evolve regulatory landscape into an effective cybersecurity system.
• Implement and execute rule adherence measurement processes.
• Execute cybersecurity assessments.
• Exercise policy authority on cybersecurity topics.
• Assess and process security exceptions.
• Work with data sources to identify cyber risks.
• Conduct cyber risk assessments and prioritize risks by impact.
• Develop IT Service framework for cyber risk management.
• Track cyber risks and evaluate mitigation effectiveness.
• Support management of external security posture.

• Take over Lifecycle Management of Cybersecurity Rule Landscape
• Manageand evolveth regulatory landscape as an efficient and effective regulatory system for cybersecurity
• Implement and execute rule adherence measurement processes
• ExecuteCybersecurity Assessments
• Exercisepolicy authority on the topic of cybersecurity
• Assessand processsecurity exceptions
• Work with various data sources and to identify cyber risks within the organization
• Conduct cyber risk assessments and prioritize risks based on their potential impact on the organization
• Further develop the IT Service framework for cyber risk management
• Activelytrackcyber risks, including evaluation of mitigation effectiveness
• Support the management of the companys external security posture

Qualifications
